Secondary Axis for BAR Charts

This may be too late to help you, but… choose Combination Chart. Then, for each item e.g. series you can choose in the Format toolbox what type of chart you want, which axis you want it to be on, etc.

Bear in mind there are a lot of annoying limitations to Combination Chart displays (the most annoying one being the series formatting is tied not to the series itself but to the series’ sequence within the Category – be careful if you re-order your items after formatting your chart!)
