public url -> quantrix asking for login/pwd

I am creating a DataLink to import a csv
the url is public and not secured…but Quantrix Modeler is asking to authenticate

why is that ?

What is meant by “pass through”?

No I cannot connect if i pass through the authentication.

I think it might be the default behavior for any web URL data connection. If you just pass through the authentication does it allow you to connect?
