I want to constrain the output of a formula to be zero or positive numbers only. What do I need to add to my formula?

Wrap the formula with max(0, -your formula here- )

0

Thanks that will work.  I had not thought of that because my formula already is a min formula.  So, I actually end up with a int(max(min configuration which seems odd.
