Can “user” role view/edit scripts?

Hi,

I give permissions to allow “user” role view/edit/manage scripts. But when I log in as “user” and open up scripts, the dialogue “Only modeler can edit scripts” pops out, and I can only view scripts, not able to edit. Is there a way to let “user” edit scripts?
