I also vote for linux: would it be possible for a linux/posix/generic java port to be included in the next release? Quantrix is now the only thing keeping me running Windows as my main system on my desktop.
The mac port is useful as I also use a macbook but I would love to switch my desktop over to Ubuntu (the recently released Ubuntu 10.04 is fairly polished and even beats/gives the mac a run for its money in places).
Given that Quantrix is written in java, how much needs to be done to port it — are any native APIs actually used, or is it just a case of sorting out the packaging/deployment? If the latter, even just a shell script invoking java with the right classpath etc. would be fine (and run this on, say, the mac version).
