OS X Sierra 10.13 Issue with Quantrix

We have recently discovered an Java / OS X bug in the new 10.13 High Sierra operating system version. It appears that non-English locales on OS X are preventing Java menu’s from appearing. This impacts all Java apps such as Quantrix.

It is possible / likely that OS X will fix this in an upcoming release. Regardless, we are actively investigating alternatives & workarounds that we can do in our code and plan to release a patch fix for this in our next schedule release in November-2017.

If you use Quantrix on OS X in a non-English locale, we recommend that you do not upgrade to OS X 10.13 until you receive notification that this issue is resolved either by OS X or Quantrix.
