Lato Font Issue Work Around

Greetings Forum Community,

Some users are experiencing invalid characters when using Lato font in Quantrix. The invalid characters appear as system question mark characters when representing zero in an accounting format as well as question mark symbols when entering passwords.

This is due to an older Lato font installed on the system computer. Java dictates that we use the computer provided font prior to using the font installed with Quantrix.

If you are experiencing you can download a newer version of the Lato font at this URL. Many of our customers have implemented this work-around with success.
