Good afternoon,
for me one of the new features of the Version 6, was the "Tableau Extract" exporting function.

This because I’m testing two BI software to use with Quantrix and one of this is Tableau.

Today the function is still not working (both in Windows and Mac platforms) even if is visible in gray in the export option.

When it will be available?

Hi Carlo,

Unfortunately Tableau Export functionality is not available on Mac.

This is due to restrictions on the Tableau API at the time of development. They have since updated their SDK to allow for mac support and this is on our road-map for future release.

@Rich: my QM Version is 6.2.1. but I think the problem is that I work on a Mac.

@Sau: I tried and with the Windows version it works, with my Mac still not.

I’m waiting for a minor upgrade.

Hi,

I have met a similar problem in another Java application…

I think, it is necessary to transfer focus of QM strictly to any matrix. Try click precisely a name of any matrix or name of its View in the Model Browser. This has to help. The function has to become available.

I can not test it, because I do not have QM6.

What version of Quantrix are you running (Help–>About Quantrix)? I’ve been able to use this functionality since Quantrix 6.0 was released 8 months ago.
