Pasting a list as coluimn headings

I think this has been kind of a forever problem, but let me know if I’m doing something wrong.

If I have a list like:

Brainstorming / critiquing
Facilitation
Work effort planning
Change Management (ADKAR)

And I paste this into the column item headings (ctrl click the preceeding item and then ctrl-v to paste) it only pastes the first one. If I swap the category toles so this is a row, the same action pastes them all.

Anything I should do different for column headings (use tabs instead of CR)?
