Today Apple releases Mountain Lion.
What about the QM 4 compatibility?

Has Version 3 been tested on Mountain Lion?
V3 satisfies my rather minimal needs, and as a very small business owner, I can’t really justify the substantial cost of upgrading to v 4.
I’d like to upgrade my MacBookPro OS to 10.8, but Quantric v 3 is a mission critical part of the business!

Thanks!

Hi Everyone,

We’ve come across one small problem with Mountain Lion, where some customers are seeing an error when trying to install after downloading Quantrix . The error sometimes says that the software is damaged.

This is due to a setting in Mountain Lion where users can restrict the software that can be installed on their Mac. Changing the security settings to allow non Apple software resolves the problem.

To do this, open System Preferences and choose the “Security and Privacy” panel. Under the “General” tab there is a setting which specifies the permitted installation sources. Changing the “Allow applications downloaded from:” setting to “Anywhere” enables Quantrix to install.

Hi – we have completed an initial system test and Quantrix functionality is working as expected on OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion. If any issues are found, please feel free to contact [email:slsdh8de]support@quantrix.com[/email:slsdh8de].
