Unexpected Error — infinite loop

Using Mac OSX.
Was adding a pattern to a chart fill, when the “”unexpected error”” message came up. It is an infinite loop. No number of “”ok”” clicks will make it go away. Used “”force quit”” in OSX to kill the app. On relaunch of the model, get into the same infinite loop.
I would really like to not have to recreate the thousands of data points in the model. [b:1589lidp]Is there a way to open the model in a “”safe mode””, giving me enough time to delete the offending chart and be able to use my model again??
[/b:1589lidp]Thanks!

Hi – sorry to hear of the difficulties. There is no user-side safe mode in the application at the moment. I recommending emailing the file to [email:1fzkzfy1]support@quantrix.com[/email:1fzkzfy1] and we can take a look at the file for you.
